The service trademark includes an on-line benefits administration system. As of January 1, 2008 the IRS established new rules, requiring merchants who wish to accept a health care debit/convenience cards implement an Inventory InformationApproval System (IIAS) that is able to validate eligibility of health related expenditures at Point-of-Sale (POS). The system has been adopted by over 1000 retailers and when fully implemented will eliminate the need for employees to send in receipts for reimbursement of medical expenses
